The Edvocation website and Edvocation services are owned and operated by Edvocation LLP. Edvocation provides it’s services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be revised in the future at our discretion, without notice to you. If changes are made to the Terms of Service, then the newest version will be posted on this page and will replace all previous versions.
Under the Terms of Service, you and Edvocation are subject to any and all rules and guideline posted on the Terms of Service page. All of our rules, guidelines, and terms of service will be posted on the TOS page at all times. By visiting the rotationplay.com.sg web site, you accept and agree to these terms.
Disclaimers
Edvocation is providing this Service, site and its contents on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Edvocation makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its Contents. In addition, Edvocation does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
In no event shall Edvocation be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential data of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, with tangible or intangible, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory liability arising out of or in connection with the use of performance of this information. Because jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation or liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Minor
If you are a child or under 21 years old, you may still register for services from Edvocation but only with the involvement of an adult or guardian. Edvocation reserve the right to refuse service remove or edit content, or cancel registration in their sole discretion.
Site Content and Information
Edvocation.com.sg contains information, advice, text, and other materials that are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. You should be aware that the information might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Edvocation makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency, or reliability of any information and shall not be liable for any lack of the foregoing.
Service Rendering
Services will not be rendered until all amounts payable in respect of services to Edvocation by Customer is received in full by Edvocation..
The Transaction
No contract shall exist until Customer's order is accepted by Edvocation. This website is an Invitation to Treat.
In the event that the Customer repudiates the contract, after acceptance by Edvocation, by cancelling or amending the order for service, Edvocation may at its absolute discretion impose an administrative charge on the Customer for any loss occasioned by the repudiation.
Edvocation has no obligation to deliver services until the price and any other applicable charges is received in full by Edvocation in the currency in which the price is quoted to Customer by Edvocation or in the absence of such a quotation in the currency in which the Price appears in Edvocation’s price list on the date of the Agreement. All prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
All stated promotional gifts given are subjected to availability and allocated on a first come first served basis.
Edvocation reserves the right to refuse to accept an order for service from a Customer without reason or prior notice.
All orders for services are subjected to availability. Edvocation reserves the rights not to fulfill or cancel an order in the event that services are unavailable. In such cases a full refund will be offered to the Customer.
Cancellations
1. Cancellation before acceptance of Job – Deposit of S$250 will be forfeited
2. Cancellation due to visa – Deposit of S$250 will be forfeited.
3. There will be no refund after acceptance of job.
4. In the event that there is no job available, a full refund will be given.
*Note that visa and SEVIS are non-refundable in all situations.
Work and Travel Program
1. Force Majeure -
a. Neither party (Edvocation and Customer)shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
b. Neither party (Edvocation and Customer) shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused (I) by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, or party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement, provided that, as a condition to the claim of nonliability, the party experiencing the difficulty shall give the other prompt written notice, with full details following the occurrence of the cause relied upon. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.
2. Health Indemnity -
Edvocation may refuse to accept any registration if Edvocation is not completely satisfied that it is safe for a Customer to be part of the program. Before registration for the program, a Customer should inform Edvocation if he/she suffers from any illness, disease or any other condition which may make it unsafe for him/her or the employer.
A Customer must inform Edvocation if he/she:
- suffers from any disease which is or he/she believes may be actively contagious and communicable;
- has, because of a disease or any incapacitation, any unusual behaviour or physical condition, which could have an adverse effect on the welfare and comfort of others;
- could pose a potential hazard to the safety of the work environment; or
- would require medical attention and/or special equipment to maintain his/her health during the program.
If a Customer proposes to be part of the program with a known, pre-existing medical condition, he/she should provide written advice of his/her own medical doctor or health professional, subjected to Edvocation and its partners’ approval. Edvocation will not be liable for any damages pertaining to health-related issues.

Governance and Jurisdiction
This TOS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and it is hereby irrevocably agreed for the exclusive benefit of Edvocation that the courts of Singapore are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with The Service and that accordingly any writ, action, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this TOS (hereinafter called "Proceedings") may be brought in such courts. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Edvocation to take Proceedings against Users in any court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrent or not.
