Housing description:
Males are in one room cabins with Centralized bathhouse. Females are in dorm styled rooms with inside bathrooms. 2 max per cabin for boys, 2-4 per room females. Living quarters are about 3/4 mile from employment. Rides one way are easy to catch, walking back is normal. No cooking facilities provided as all meals are in employment area.

Additional info:
We have left the pay blank as our situation is unique. We supply each employee housing free of charge, and they get 3 meals a day free of charge. We pay a base salary per month of $600 to each employee. They also receive one share of the tip pool. The tip pool for the summer averages $850 per month, but is paid out first Sunday in October. So the gross pay is roughly $1450 per month with no other costs. The number of days worked per week is 6. The hours for 5 days are either 630am to 3pm with 30 mins for lunch OR 12noon to 830pm with 30 mins for supper. The 6th day (Sunday) everyone on the ranch works a full shift as that is our turnover day. So it would be 630am to 8pm with about an hour for lunch and meeting, and 30 mins for breakfast, and most take their supper home. On days off employees can go horseback riding, rafting or tubing if those events aren't full and they are taking place on their day off.

Dress code:
We supply a company t-shirt. Employee supplies pants like blue jeans. No visible tattoos. No male piercings, female 1 in traditional position in ear. Hairlength should be average.
